July 9, 2009 - Check out the new DinoMixer Promo Spot!
DinoMixer 1.2 has been submitted to the App Store. It features a new background, "Canyon Cliffs", and a new dinosaur: Triceratops!
July 4, 2009 - A new DinoMixer 1.1 demo video has been posted to YouTube.
July 2, 2009 - DinoMixer version 1.1 has been released!

And I'm getting ready to submit DinoMixer version 1.2! We're going to keep adding new dinosaurs, backgrounds and other features as often as we can!
June 27, 2009 - Still waiting for App Store approval for version 1.1
It's been almost two weeks, much longer than we had hoped, but there are apparently a huge number of new apps moving through the approval process because of the release of the new 3.0 operating system.
We just have to be patient and hope we come up in the queue soon. See the previous post about the new features in version 1.1 that should make it worth the wait.
In the meantime, we're not sitting still. We're hard at work on DinoMixer version 1.2!
June 15, 2009 - DinoMixer version 1.1 has been submitted to the App Store!
Release date is, in theory, June 23, but that's always in question because the App Store approval process is unpredictable. We'll keep you posted as soon as it's released.
It's been a long space between versions, but the new version has lots of new features!
- New dinosaur
- Spinosaurus!
- New changable backgrounds feature!
- Swipe sideways to change the background.
- New background
- "Fallen Logs" - see preview below
- New "blank" background
- For those who prefer their dinosaurs without adornment
- Revised original background
- Added volcanoes and pteranodons (and a lizard)
- New soundtrack
- Louder (per your requests) and with more variety
- Dinosaur names feature
- When you match all three parts of a dinosaur, the dinosaur name appears!
DinoMixer 1.1 will be a free update for all DinoMixer users.
June 9, 2009 - Finishing up DinoMixer version 1.1, getting ready to submit it to the App Store!
Here's a preview of a revised background and the new dinosaur - Spinosaurus!
Spinosaurus will mix and match with the other DinoMixer dinosaurs, bringing the number of possible combinations up to 1,331! (But who's counting?)
June 6, 2009 - We're almost finished DinoMixer version 1.1, with new features and an additional dinosaur!
We hope to submit it to the app store in the next day or two. Stay tuned for news!
May 15, 2009 - DinoMixer has been released and is
now available in App Store!

(The May 8 date is actually the day after it was submitted. Actual release date was May 15.)

April 27, 2009 - DinoMixer is still in development and testing. We're hoping to have it submitted to the App Store in the next fiew days.
